Pharmacists
JPC Foundation is approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. JPC Foundation will apply for continuing education credits as indicated above.
CME for MDs
Application for CME credits has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the AMA as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 for the Physicians' Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed hours earned must be reported as Prescribed hours, not as Category 1. (This applies to all Physicians, not just Family Physicians.)
Physician Assistants
This program will be reviewed by the American Association of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and JPC Foundation will make application for CE Contact Hours for each program as indicated above for physician assistants
Social Workers.
JPC Foundation will apply to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) for CE Contact Hours as indicated above for social workers.
Other Health Care Professionals
All other health care professionals will receive certificates of attendance. Please check with accreditation board with respect to receiving credit.
